Description

The HURON P type floor mat grid with concrete frame provides a reliable and durable solution for keeping entrances, industrial and public spaces clean. The 400×600 mm external system is specifically designed for recessed, in-concrete applications where stable anchorage, high load capacity and long service life are important.

The pressed design grating is made with a 44×11 mm pitch, which effectively removes dirt stuck to the soles of shoes, while provides a safe walking surface. The 25×2 mm cross-section load-bearing main ribs and laced side ribs provide R11 slip resistance, allowing safe use in wet or dirty environments.

The floor mat grid has a four-sided LP flat steel frame, the removable grid insert measures 390×590 mm, which facilitates cleaning and maintenance. The system includes a 30×30×3 mm L-profile concreting frame with fold-out concreting blocks, which allows fast and accurate installation and ensures the long-term stability of the structure.

Hot-dip galvanised surface treatment excellent corrosion protection so the mat grid is suitable for both outdoor and indoor use, even under heavy-duty conditions.
