Description
The cast GRP (glass-fiber-reinforced plastic) grids are designed for use in chemically aggressive and corrosive environments. Made from isophthalic polyester resin reinforced with continuous glass fibers, these panels exhibit exceptional resistance to acids, UV radiation, and fire. Their non-magnetic and non-conductive properties make them ideal for use in a variety of industrial environments.
Key Features:
- Corrosion and Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and aggressive substances (ideal for most corrosion problems)
- Electrical Properties: Non-magnetic and non-conductive; electrically insulating composite
- Weather Resistance: UV and weather resistance: remains stable even when exposed to long-term UV radiation.
- Corrosion: No painting or galvanizing required; long service life.
- Easy: ~4 times lighter than steel
- Easy to work with: The panels can be cut and drilled on site using standard tools.
