By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, so please read them carefully.<\/p>\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as \"GTC\") set out the rights and obligations of Customers (hereinafter referred to as \"Customer\") using the e-commerce services provided by HURON Solutions Ltd. (registered office: 2066 \u00dajbarok, Barok u. 28; tax number: 27716193-2-07.; hereinafter referred to as \"Service Provider\") (Service Provider and Customer hereinafter referred to collectively as \"Parties\").<\/p>\n<h1>I. General information<\/h1>\n<p>1.1 These GTC shall apply to all electronic commerce services provided in Hungary, which are provided by the Service Provider on the <u>huronsolutions.ro<\/u> through the electronic marketplace (hereinafter referred to as the \"HURON Webshop\") on its website (hereinafter referred to as the \"Website\"). The HURON Web Store can also be accessed from the following domain names:<\/p>\n<p><u>jaroracspont.hu<\/u>; <u>keritespont.hu<\/u>; <u>polycarbonate point.hu<\/u><\/p>\n<p>1.2 Purchases in the HURON Webshop can be made by placing an order electronically, as specified in these GTC.<\/p>\n<p>1.3 The services of the HURON Webshop can be used by anyone who registers validly and successfully on the Website, or who submits his\/her purchase intention without registration, but by providing the necessary data for the order.<\/p>\n<h1>II.\/1. Registration<\/h1>\n<p>3.1 You can register or log in by filling in the form on the main page of the Website under the \u201eLogin\u201d menu.<\/p>\n<p>3.2 The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or any other problem or error caused by the Customer's incorrect and\/or inaccurate data. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the Customer forgetting his\/her password for access or from the Customer's login data becoming available to unauthorized persons for any reason beyond the Service Provider's control.<\/p>\n<p>3.3 A customer may be a person who<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>are over the age of majority and have legal capacity, or<\/li>\n<li>a representative of a business organisation, and<\/li>\n<li>in all cases, on its own behalf or on behalf of the entity it represents, in real<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>by entering your user data and contact details.<\/p>\n<h1>IV. Order<\/h1>\n<p>4.1 The Service Provider will only accept an order from a registered and logged-in Customer if the Customer completes all the fields required for registration. The Customer may place an order without registering, but by providing the data required for the order.<\/p>\n<p>4.2 You can select the Product(s) to be purchased by indicating the number of Product(s) selected in the HURON Webshop and clicking on the \u201eAdd to Cart\u201d button. After adding the Product(s) to the cart, but before sending the order, the quantity can still be changed. You can select the pick-up method in the \u201eCart Summary\u201d, which the Webshop offers based on the size, weight and number of items of the Product(s).<\/p>\n<p>Some products sold in the HURON online store cannot be delivered by traditional courier service, therefore the possibility and cost of delivery cannot be automatically determined. They can be collected mainly in person at the Service Provider's premises or at an external warehouse designated by the Service Provider. An individual request for a quotation for the delivery of products which are difficult to deliver can be sent to the Supplier via the \u201eRequest for quotation\u201d section of the Website.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery of products of pallet or box size will be charged at the delivery charge corresponding to the total weight of the products placed in the basket or the size of the basket. In the case of a delivery charge not indicated in the \u201eBasket total\u201d, the products in the basket can only be collected in person or an individual offer for delivery can be requested under \u201eRequest a quote\u201d. Personal collection is free of charge during the opening hours of the warehouse.<\/p>\n<p>4.3 After clicking on the \u201eCart\u201d button, the Customer indicates his\/her intention to purchase the Product(s) in the Cart by clicking on the \u201eProceed to checkout\u201d button, and then click on the \u201eSubmit order\u201d button to submit his\/her order, after ticking the box indicating acceptance of the GTC. If the Customer has any special requests, he can indicate them in the \u201ccomment\u201d window.<\/p>\n<p>4.4 By registering and finalising the order, the Customer declares that he accepts and is bound by these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>4.5 The essential properties and characteristics of the Product(s) purchased, instructions for the use of the goods can be downloaded from the information page of the specific product(s) or, if required by law, are included in the instructions for use of the Product, which are delivered with the Product. For more information on the Product(s) in the HURON Webshop than that provided on the Portal, the Customer Service is at the Customer's disposal.<\/p>\n<p>4.6 The prices displayed in the HURON Webshop are only valid for online purchases, i.e. the prices displayed here are valid only for purchases made in the Webshop, until cancelled or changed and may differ from the (warehouse) prices used for personal purchases. The withdrawal or change of prices does not affect orders already confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Both net and gross prices are shown on the page. If only one price is shown, the price shown is the gross price plus VAT, unless VAT is indicated separately. Gross prices include VAT at the rate of 27% of the net price.<\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider shall not be liable for the sale of goods at a price that is obviously incorrectly indicated (e.g. 1,- HUF), such price shall not be considered as an offer on its part. In such a case, the Service Provider may offer delivery at the real price, which the customer is not obliged to accept.<\/p>\n<p>4.7 The product images and stock information on the Webshop are for information purposes only and may differ from the actual product images and stock information. Due to the rapid changes in stock, some products may be listed as \u201eIn Stock\u201d even though they are not actually in stock. HURON Webshop is not responsible for such errors and will inform the Customer as soon as the error is detected.<\/p>\n<p>If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider will fully inform the Customer of the promotion and its exact duration.<\/p>\n<p>HURON Webshop only delivers within Hungary.<\/p>\n<p>4.8 Upon receipt of the Customer's purchase offer (order), the Service Provider shall confirm the purchase to the Customer electronically (by sending a message to the e-mail address provided by the Customer). If this confirmation is not received by the Customer within 48 hours after the offer has been sent, the Service Provider's obligation to make an offer and the Customer's obligation to purchase shall automatically terminate without any further conditions.<\/p>\n<p>4.9 In the order confirmation e-mail, the confirmed delivery dates are indicative and may vary depending on whether the Product ordered is in stock at the time of the order or whether the Service Provider may have to purchase it separately. If no delivery date is stated in the confirmation, the delivery date shall be governed by clause 6.1 of these GTC. The Customer may withdraw from the Contract if the Service Provider delays delivery for more than 15 working days. In the event of force majeure, such as events of war, natural disasters, strikes, breakdowns, official measures, reservations, cut-off times, the Service Provider shall be exempted from the obligation to deliver and from the contractual delivery deadline.<\/p>\n<h1>V. Establishment of the Treaty<\/h1>\n<p>5.1 With the registration or the express declaration made during the purchase and the use of the Service, an online contract is concluded between the Customer as the Buyer and the Service Provider as the Seller pursuant to Article 5 of the Act on Electronic Commerce Services and Certain Aspects of Information Society Services (Act CVIII of 2001).<\/p>\n<p>5.2 The contract between the Parties is concluded after successful registration and\/or login by clicking on the \u201eConfirm Order\u201d button. The contract thus concluded between the Parties in Hungarian shall be deemed to be a written contract, which the Service Provider shall file and keep for the period of time required by the applicable legal provisions. Any commercial transaction (e.g. placing of orders) between the Parties which the Client carries out through the Service Provider's customer service (in writing, in person or by telephone) shall also be considered a contract. The Service Provider shall provide information on the content of contracts upon the Client's written request.<\/p>\n<p>5.3 Orders can be placed 24 hours a day. Orders are processed on working days between 8.00 and 16.00. If an order is placed outside working hours, it will be processed on the next working day.<\/p>\n<h1>VI. Delivery and payment terms<\/h1>\n<p>6.1 Average time to fulfil orders in working days: orders can usually be dispatched by the HURON Webshop within 1-3 working days, provided that the product is in stock. The Webshop will endeavour to meet the delivery deadline, but will not be liable if the above standard time cannot be met. In the event of any delay, HURON Webshop will endeavour, but is not obliged, to notify the customer.<\/p>\n<p>The general delivery time is 5 working days from the date of the order or, in the case of payment in advance, from the date of receipt of the invoice.<\/p>\n<p>6.2 The Product(s) selected and ordered in the HURON Webshop<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>delivered by the Service Provider to the indicated delivery address by postal delivery\/ courier service, either by the Customer at the time of ordering or on the basis of an individual offer, or<\/li>\n<li>can be collected by the Customer in person at the Service Provider's premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More information: <a href=\"https:\/\/huronsolutions.ro\/en\/szallitas\/\">Delivery information<\/a> on our website.<\/p>\n<p>The risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Product(s).<\/p>\n<p>6.3 The Customer shall pay the consideration for the ordered Product(s) by transferring the amount to the bank account of the Service Provider (HURON Solutions Kft.; Account number: 10702291-73086231-51100005 - CIB Bank; BIC\/Swift: CIBHHUHB) or in cash upon receipt of the Products. For smaller orders (up to 15kg) cash on delivery is possible.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of a pre-transfer, once the order has been finalised, the Customer will make the transfer on the basis of an automatically sent fee request, in which the fee request number must be entered as a reference. The Customer will receive an electronic invoice for the purchase by e-mail after the purchase price has been credited. The Customer may request a paper invoice to be prepared and mailed at a cost of HUF 1,000 + VAT, payable in advance.<\/p>\n<p>6.4 The Service Provider does not undertake partial performance, the Customer may take delivery of all the items of his order or refuse to take delivery of the entire order. In the latter case, the Supplier shall be entitled to pass on the delivery costs to the Customer.<\/p>\n<p>6.5 Delivery costs are indicated separately on the HURON Webshop page during the order process. If the delivery by postal\/ courier service fails a second time, the Service Provider shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract and to claim reimbursement from the Customer for the costs of the failed delivery.<\/p>\n<p>6.6 The Service Provider reserves the right of ownership until the Customer has paid the full price of the Product(s), therefore, during the period of reservation of ownership, the Customer shall not have the right to dispose of the Product(s) received.<\/p>\n<p>6.7 In exceptional cases, a product may be out of stock at the time of ordering, in which case the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse the order, in whole or in part.<\/p>\n<p>Partial fulfilment may only take place after agreement with the Customer. In the event of order refusal, the purchase price of the product will be refunded to the person who paid the amount in advance.<\/p>\n<p>6.8 If after sending the order the Customer does not receive an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address provided, we recommend checking the SPAM folder in your mail system. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact Customer Support using the contact details provided.<\/p>\n<h1>VII. Warranty, guarantee<\/h1>\n<p>7.1 Warranty and guarantee are governed by the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and the provisions of Government Decree No.151\/2003 (IX.22) on the mandatory warranty for certain consumer durables.<\/p>\n<h1>VIII. Rights and obligations of customers<\/h1>\n<p>8.1 Pursuant to Government Decree 45\/2014 (26.II.), the Customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Product without giving any reason. In the case of home delivery, the date of receipt from the courier, and in the case of in-store receipt, the date of issue of the receipt. The time limit for the right of withdrawal is calculated from the date of delivery\/delivery of (i) the last product delivered in the case of sales of several products, if the delivery of each product takes place at different times, (ii) the last batch or piece of products delivered in the case of sales of several batches or pieces.<\/p>\n<p>In case of written withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice within 14 days. In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must return the Product, together with all its components and original packaging, in a condition free from external signs of damage or use, and with his name, either in person or by post to the Customer Service Department of the Service Provider. All costs incurred in this connection shall be borne by the Customer.<\/p>\n<p>The paid purchase price will be refunded by the Service Provider within 14 (fourteen) days after the cancellation, within 14 (fourteen) days after the notification of cancellation and the return of the Product to the Customer Service, by the payment method used by the Customer when ordering the Product or by another method upon the Customer's express request. The Customer shall bear the costs incurred in returning the Product due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Customer Service shall not be obliged to accept the return of a parcel sent by post.<\/p>\n<p>8.2 The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Customer's computer, the computer of the person visiting the website, the data transmission network or the connection of the device serving the website while accessing the website or visiting the HURON Webshop. The Customer is responsible for protecting his\/her computer\/electronic device and the data on it. The ability of the Customer to interoperate with the hardware and software of the website operated by the Service Provider is within the level of knowledge reasonably expected.<\/p>\n<h1>IX. Data protection, data security<\/h1>\n<p>9.1 When collecting the data required to place an order, the Service Provider records the following data about the Customer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The data necessary to identify the Customer:<\/li>\n<li>Name;<\/li>\n<li>Delivery address;<\/li>\n<li>Electronic mail address;<\/li>\n<li>Contact telephone number;<\/li>\n<li>Optional data: \uf0b7 Comment;<\/li>\n<li>Invoicing company name and registered office; \uf0b7 Tax number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>9.2 In order to deliver the orders, the Service Provider shall provide the following data to the delivery organisation or its agent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name of the customer,<\/li>\n<li>the full delivery address,<\/li>\n<li>other information (possible pick-up dates), \uf0b7 the amount of the order including delivery charges, \uf0b7 the Customer's telephone number and other contact details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Customer may change the personal data provided during registration at any time in his\/her registration profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Service Provider stores the data provided by the Customers for a specific purpose, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and for the purpose of proving the terms of the contract at a later stage, and uses it only in the context of its own promotional campaigns. The Service Provider shall not disclose the Customer's data to third parties, unless the third party acts as a subcontractor\/associate of the Service Provider in the performance of the contract. When processing Customer data, the Service Provider shall act in accordance with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to cancel your registration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Customers can request the cancellation of their registration at any time via the HURON Webshop interface. After that, the Service Provider is obliged to delete the Customer's data, which may not be used for any purpose after the registration has been deleted.<\/p>\n<h1>X. Amendment of the GTC<\/h1>\n<p>10.1 The Service Provider shall be entitled to amend the terms and conditions of these GTC at any time, in particular in order to comply with the current legislation. The current GTC are available on the Service Provider's Website. Orders are subject to the GTC in force at the time the order is placed.<\/p>\n<h1>XI. Litigation<\/h1>\n<p>11.1 The Contracting Parties shall make every effort to settle any disputes by negotiation. If negotiation is not possible, the contracting parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the place of establishment of the Service Provider, depending on the value of the dispute.<\/p>\n<p>11.2 In case of consumer complaints regarding the Service Provider's services, the Customer may primarily contact the Customer Service Department as detailed in Section II of the GTC, and in case of complaints, the Customer may initiate the proceedings of the competent consumer protection authority, and in case of electronic advertising, the communications authority.<\/p>\n<h1>XII. Applicable legislation<\/h1>\n<p>12.1 These GTC are in Hungarian. In case of translation into any foreign language, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
